I am currently is his 1L Crim Law class and he is my favorite professor- which is saying a lot since ND has a great faculty. He has made some comments about his divorce, and although he seems pretty bitter about it, he has not mentioned anything about his legal issues. For the most part everyone knows but our entire class still loves him. He really know how to make lectures entertaining and is just a hilarious guy. He just doesn’t seem like the type of man who would hit his wife and I think I can speak for my entire class when I say that we wish him nothing but the best.
